I love anything with fruit, cheese, and honey, so I was pumped to try this out. I just happened to have Taleggio on hand, but brie or mozzarella would also be great substitutions. Playing around with different fruits would be fun too!
Ingredients for 1 serving:
• A handful of blueberries
• Mint (optional)
• Flaky sea salt
Top sourdough with Taleggio and blueberries and toast up. Sprinkle with herbs and flaky sea salt. Have a little too much fun drizzling with honey, then devour.
