There’s something about Montage Palmetto Bluff that effortlessly draws you in. Perhaps it’s the location: Tucked between Hilton Head Island and Savannah, right along the scenic May River, the 20,000 acres is practically the definition of South Carolina’s picturesque Lowcountry. Perhaps it’s the amenities, from the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course to the charming villages and exquisite dining options. Whatever it is that lures you to the natural sanctuary that is Montage Palmetto Bluff, it's certainly a worthy escape that will have you living well thanks to the resort’s Well Living series.

The Well Living series is an approach to wellness designed to cultivate connection and community through physical, spiritual, and mental renewal. Montage Palmetto Bluff is dedicated to helping guests on their wellness journeys and discover new forms of renewal with the series, which brings in artists, wellness practitioners, culinarians, and speakers to create immersive and experiential activations both for group settings and private one-one-one sessions.

Each month, the Well Living series has a new and unique focus, and Montage Palmetto Bluff is preparing to kick off June with a variety of can’t miss activities and events centered around celebrating the diversity of life. The month is scheduled to feature a variety of discussions, art, and culinary programming to bring the community together, starting with the Community PRIDE 5k, with proceeds from the race going to benefit Lowcountry PRIDE. After the race the community will hold the ultimate celebration with food trucks, bounce houses, and even awards for most creative outfit, before hosting a Fireside Chat with Dr. Kristie Overstreet. Continuing with the theme of community and togetherness, later in the month Montage Palmetto Bluff turns its attention to Juneteenth with the Juneteenth Celebration and Celebratory Dinner featuring Sallie Ann Robinson, who will share her perspective and culinary expertise with a menu that draws from her Gullah heritage.

In August, Montage Palmetto Bluff will take its time honoring all of its artist partners during artist appreciation month. A highlight event to be held throughout the month is the Artisan Market, where guests can discover the works from a range of one-of-a-kind artisans. Being full inclusive, the month will celebrate other artists through music and food with Summer Saturday Brunch & Music, Interactive Action Painting with renowned artist Amiri Farris, and even a time focused on cocktails with maser mixologist Justin Johnston.

Heading into fall, Montage will honor Hispanic heritage and turn its attention to the unique flavors of Mexico through a collaboration with Montage Los Cabos. Throughout September, guests can experience an authentic ode to Mexico’s culinary culture with world-class cuisine, regionally-sourced wines, tequilas and mezcals, and, of course, its quintessential heritage and tradition—all with a unique Montage Palmetto Bluff twist.

Whether you escape to Montage Palmetto Bluff to experience one Well Living series or each and every one, you’re sure to experience community, foster meaningful connections, reconnect with nature, and remember how to live well.
