Rosemary Beach Realty Sets Record for 30A’s Highest Priced Residential Sale

Rosemary Beach Realty, Northwest Florida’s premier luxury real estate company, brokered 30A’s most expensive residential home sale at 88 Paradise by the Sea Court for $15.95 million. Jonathan Clark and Ashlee Mitchell of the Clark & Mitchell Group, together with Broker Amanda Hampel, brokered the sale of this off-market property in less than 60 days.

The four-story Gulf-front home in the gated community of Paradise by the Sea was masterfully designed by architects from A BOHEME Design and constructed by EarthBuild, LLC. Encompassing 9,790 square-feet, 88 Paradise by the Sea Court showcases eight bedrooms, nine and one half-bathrooms, over 60 feet of private beach, two private saltwater pools, pool deck with a covered spa, Bocce ball court, and two car garage carriage house.

With a 26-foot tall ceiling, the foyer features a custom floating staircase surrounded by Venetian plaster. The owners of 88 Paradise by the Sea Court worked closely with A BOHEME Design to create a most unique direct line of sight from the foyer, across the reflecting pool, through to the Gulf of Mexico.

The owners selected the highest caliber of design professionals to execute their vision, with landscape architecture design by Kendall Horne and interior design curated by Melanie Turner Interiors of Atlanta. Shellstone flooring is placed throughout the interior and exterior of the ground floor while Belgian White Oak 10” plank flooring by Francois & Co. is showcased throughout the rest of the home.

The chef’s kitchen highlighted by a backsplash of handmade mosaic tile from Morocco hosts a butler’s pantry, four Shaw’s porcelain sinks, SUB-ZERO, Wolf and Miele appliances, a La Cornue CornuFé 110 Range, and a custom painted Karpaty Cabinets glass hood.

This residential closing marks the third record breaking sale by Rosemary Beach Realty in the last three years. In 2017, the listing of 24 South Briland Lane in the Rosemary Beach® community closed at $12.5 million, setting a new record on 30A. Earlier this year, Rosemary Beach Realty exclusively brokered another record breaking sale at 181 Paradise by the Sea Boulevard closing at $15.1 million. The closing on 88 Paradise by the Sea Court solidifies Rosemary Beach Realty as Northwest Florida’s premier luxury real estate company.
