Henley’s Onion Dip

Ingredients
• 1c Onions –minced
• 1oz Butter
• 1 c Cream Cheese -softened
• 1 c Crème fraiche or sour cream
• 1 c Fromage blanc or farmers cheese
• 1 tsp Hot Sauce
• 1 tsp Worcestershire
• 3oz Onion Caramel
• To Taste Salt, pepper, lemon juice
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients and season to taste
2. Add minced garnishes including chives, parsley, hardboiled egg, red onion, lemon zest and olive oil, whatever suits you
3. Chill before serving
4. Serve with crackers, lavash, or warm bread
