Enjoy the wilderness of east Tennessee without compromising luxury at Caryonah Hunting Lodge. The oldest and largest family-owned hunting lodge in the Southeast, the lodge was started in the late 40’s and is currently owned and operated by the third generation of the family.

Striving to provide excellence in Southern hospitality, guests are welcomed as part of the family. With such luxury amenities as 600-thread count fine linens, micro-cotton towels, Italian-tiled showers, and exotic granite, guests are certainly not roughing it. After a day in the woods, guests return back to dine on farm-to-table Southern cuisine that is served family style

Perhaps best known for Russian wild boars, Caryonah also offers exoctic game such as Corsican and Texas Dall rams, buffalo, and elk. Visitors for day hunts and extended visits alike enjoy a planned hunt with a knowledgeable guide. The property provides taxidermy and butchering service, also features private lakes where guests are welcome to fish for bluegill and bass.
