We might not be able to go on vacation right now, but that doesn’t mean we can’t pretend! This cocktail from the Royalton Suites Cancun will transport you straight to Mexico.
- Ingredients:
- 1.5 ounces Tequila or Mezcal
- 1.5 ounces Watermelon Liquor
- 4 Mint Leaves
- 1 ounce of Lemon Juice
- .5 ounces of Simple Syrup
- Recipe:
- Place a mint leaf at the bottom and then add ice up to the middle of your glass, then combine the watermelon liquor, simple syrup, lemon juice and tequila in a shaker glass or separate glass. Once fully mixed, pour the concoction over the bed ice, add extra mint leaves as a garnish and enjoy it.
