The Solis family may not be Nashville natives, but they’ve been here long enough to curate their own favorite local hot spots. Here are a few they love:
Subculture Urban Cuisine and Café – featuring a veritable mashup of cuisines—think ramen noodles with hot chicken, empanadas, quinoa salad, as well as made-to-order coffees, teas, and draft beer. This is Javier’s go-to restaurant for a great burger.
Crema, Coffee Roasters – if they aren’t enjoying their own coffee, the Solis family likes to visit with Crema owners Ben and Rachel. Javier adds, “We really respect what they are doing there.”
3rd & Lindsley Bar & Grill, The Bluebird Café, Acme Feed & Seed, Bastion – Nashville has no shortage of fantastic live music venues, large and small. Given that music runs in the blood of this family, they certainly have their go-to spots. Javier loves discovering new talent at Acme while Zylah and Uriah feel more at home at Bastion.
